Nataliya Kozhenova shall portray the role of the British victim.

Anjuna Beach: Plot
The hindi movie Anjuna Beach based on slain British teenager Scarlet Eden Keeling has stirred debate for illegally shooting in the tourist state.
The Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG), nodal agency to formulate entertainment policy in the state, said the hindi movie was shot on Anjuna Beach for 10 days without requisite permission.ESG's chief Manoj Srivastava said the hindi moviemakers would face action if they are found to have breached the law.Ukrainian beauty Nataliya Kozhenova essaying the role of Scarlet in the hindi movie confessed the disobedience in a recent interview.Worrying that such incidents would be trend setting, ESG had proposed the state Law department to make shooting without permission in the state as a cognizable offence.
"We moved a proposal to punish an offender with simple imprisonment is pending with the government," Srivastava said.Fiona Mackeown, mother of the slain daughter, has wished to watch the hindi movie before its release while her lawyer has warned of legal action against thehindi moviemakers if there is any distortion of facts.
